Sonarr and Radarr won't work

Hello,

Using TrueNAS-12.0-U2.1

I did a fresh install of the following plugins:

• Radarr
• Sonarr

I did not mess around with any advanced settings.

The only choice I had was NAT vs DHCP.
I chose DHCP for both.

The install completes successfully.
When I try to access their IP or click on MANAGE, they are unreachable.

Any idea why?

It looks like those plugins are not delivering a working service at this point.

You can build a manual jail using the resources if you want those services before fixed plugins are delivered.

I try to check this thread about every 2 weeks but I will not respond to PMs for support. Please post in the thread so other people also assist. Like a number of people who may be in the same case I was in, I had gone to Corral for Docker...

I don't know if this will help but I just followed this guide and Sonarr is installed and working for me. I haven't configured it or anything but working on that now.

Seems trivial to copy this idea for radarr.

just followed the same steps and got Radarr to work.

• replace Sonarr with Radarr
• Change the IP address
• Go in to Radarr Status and install the latest version
• update Mono

done

radarr port is 7878

I instaled them in two new Jails along with SABNZBD in a third. It all worked OK after the usual tuning...Please be very particulate with permissions as this is the most usual reasons for Sonarr,Radarr not to work. This is a good guide:
