SMB Delete Problem

I have an content management application that is having a hard time deleting files on my 9.10.2 freenas server (FreeNAS-9.10.2-U6 (561f0d7a1)). The files are stored on the freenas server. There is a windows server that holds the CM application. The windows box uses an AD account for all file access for the clients. This AD account has full control over the share. Files can be created, open, closed, modified and even sometimes deleted but most of the time the deletions are failing. I am attaching a sample of the smbd_audit log. Any body have any idea why this is happening?
