smartctl read failure

Heyas there,

4 days ago I received an e-mail from my NAS, that it detected a smart error. It's on a RED drive and the reading is follows:

Should I be worried? Does this qualify for an RMA? The drive is still in warranty for the next 9 months. Or is it OK just to let it be and soak in, hoping that the drive reallocates the bad sectors to good ones?

You'll want to run another extended test, if it still fails it should be replaced, also posting the rest of the SMART report might offer more clues as to its current state.
