Hi,

I am getting this warning:

what does it mean??? been googling this ascq=0x95 but no luck :/

It's probably best to just run smartctl -a /dev/sdh and look at the output for details about what's happening.

0x95 is probably a vendor-specific code, which may indicate a problem with the drive's controller board.
