Okay so here is my setup, I have had it since last year August, and everything was working fine until yesterday.

HP DL380p Gen8
CPU: 2 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690 0 @ 2.90GHz
RAM: 64 GB
HBA: 2 x HP H220 - IT Mode v20
Disks: 16 x SAS 10K Seagate ST900MM0006 (900GB) RAIDZ2
NIC: Mellanox ConnectX2 10gbe

Pool:

8x Mirrors

I had constant 1GB/s Read and Write speed. When copying large files.

There was an issue with the server and I had to clear the CMOS and bios settings, but also updated the Truenas Scale to Angle fish latest, then my read become about 300 MB/s, but for write I still can get 1GB/s.
I'm so confused as what could have caused it. There is no specific setting in the bios of the server that might have changed, I feel it could be the update!
Has anyone experienced similar issue before?

If BIOS settings were cleared, check for areas specific to power savings or optimization for your system. I've observed large differences in throughput and latency on multiple vendors when changing between an OEM-designed "power saving" profile and an "OS Controlled" or "full throttle" hardware setting.

Ah interesting, I'll check that and will post an update here, thanks very much!

Unfortunately that didn't help, I changed every setting I could find in terms of power and performance to maximum, but still I get about 400 MB/s Read speed!
I read in some old topics that this might be caused by new updates in Truenas but not sure if it is related to my issue!
