Shutdown problem...

Buongiorno a tutti!
When I was on FreeNAS 9.10, before switching to CORRAL I had problem related to the shutdown from the specific button on the GUI, from the CRON task and from SSH and from the physical button on my case. When I had switched (to CORRAL) my problem was SOLVED... Now that I have switched back to 9.10 I have all the problem of before... Ideas? :(
