Hey all
I've been running TrueNAS for a while and it's been great. But about 6 months ago now, I keep getting random CPU temperature alerts in the TrueNAS GUI.
They seem to last usually only 6 seconds. And the reported temperatures are sometimes astronomically high (seen eg > 204 degrees), and then 6 seconds later will return to a normal-ish 20 - 30 degrees.
This makes me think it's an issue with the temperature sensor perhaps? But the CPU temperature graph never shows these spikes, nor does the BIOS temperature reading.
The system is never under large strain, so it's not related to a load spike.
Any advice would be much appreciated! Screenshots attached.
Thanks
Harvey
