Share is not accessible

I am not sure what happened but on my laptop one user cannot access and private shares no matter what credentials are used for any users it comes up the "share is not accessible". On that same PC if I switch to a different windows user if works just fine and all other PC's on the network. It acts like it has someone already logged in but i have tried running "net use" and shows nobody logged in. I also have rebooted the server and PC. The only way I can get access to any shares is to manually enter "\\IP\share" then it works! Not sure why this happened all of the sudden and only for this one windows user, any help would be much appreciated!!

Check the Windows Credential Manager for a persistent entry.

I apologize I forgot to mention that I deleted all windows credentials.

I am also getting this problem since i updated to TrueNAS from FreeNAS all my pc were ok

All my windows 10 PC work fine, It's just win 10 Ent. LTSB and win 8.1 and win 7 have the problem
