If it only happens at shutdown and it truly is the head parking or controlled spindown, the head parking will just be an acoustic thing. Any kind of other sudden harsh or grinding noise from a disk in operation should be considered as a warning sign though.

Your power feeds look good. The concern was just if you were short on SATA cables from your PSU that you weren't using a multiplier or other adaptor.
