Evening,

So for the last 3 nights I have been trying to install SAB plugin. I am running FreeNAS 9.3.1 and I am using the WebGUI to install the plug in. The install fails at 5/6 when it is trying to create the jail. "Error: Jail matching query does not exist." I have been able to successfully install Plex, CouchPotato, and Sickbeard. I'm kind of at a loss at this point. I have tired a few things I have found on the forums and web.

Thanks
Klosty

Yeah. I installed Plex first no issues with the install, then installed couchpotato, then SAB which failed. Last night right after I posted I tried to install Sickbeard just to see what happens, a lot of people would have trouble with both, and sickbeard installed without an issue. I can't figure out why SAB is different.

can you try downloading the PBI from http://download.freenas.org/plugins/9/x64/ and uploading it to your system.

also check if there are any jails/datasets related to sabnzbd that maybe got only partially installed.

I will try that PBI and get back to you. Yes I did check to see if those existed after the 3 failure. I deleted every file and tired again. Same thing happened with failing as before.

Should I download an older version of SAB and try to get it working or do the newest one for now? Which is failing

up to you. if you install an earlier version it will ask to update itself, which may fail.

The pbi worked. I was able to get it to install. However I can't connect to it. Same thing happened with CP and Plex but I don't remember what I did to fix it. It was something with the firewall. The thread issue is solved. Thanks for the help brother.
