I've set up Rsync to pull via SSH from a linux box but it just sits there and doesn't do anything even hours later.
Pushing to another FreeNAS box works fine.
ps -A | grep rsync shows rsync just sitting there on the machine I want to pull from and not doing anything. iotop shows no I/O, top shows no cpu activity, iftop shows no network activity.
ps -A | grep rsync on the FreeNAS box doing the pulling shows several processes but none of them are showing meaningful activity.
The host key from the box I want to pull from has been added to known_hosts on the target box and the specified user account can login via ssh using a key just fine.
Rsync is installed on the box I want to pull from.
I can't find any output from rsync anywhere even though I've passed -v to rsync.
How do I figure out what's wrong?
