Restore config from defective USB

Hello together,

my Truenas install went down suddenly due to a malfunction of my USB. It is a Sandisk Slim USB.
I now installed a fresh install of Truenas on the device to a new disk.
I attached the usb to the system.

Can someone tell me how I can restore the config from the defective USB?

Assuming your system dataset was on your pool, you can import your pool, and then navigate to /var/db/system/configs-<system-specific hex string>/<TrueNAS release version>/<date>.db, which will be the last running config. Try copying that to /data/freenas-v1.db and then rebooting. Your config should be back, except for maybe the password secret seed, /data/pwenc_secret.

when I cd to this location, there are 2 folders which are empty.

I have the follwing disks:
ada0 (internal ssd)
da0 (faulty usb where truenas was installed before)
da1 current installation
da2 5TB drive

My Storage pool is on da2 where I configured my shares and so on.
So my config file should be on da0, right?
I dont know how I can access it.
