Replication tasks “waiting”

My replication tasks are listed as “waiting” and have not been replicated since mid September. When clicking on “waiting” the message “No logs are available for this task.” shows up, so I'm none the wiser.

What are they waiting for? And how to resume the replication?

Every three hours on most datasets. Daily on the ones with less activity.

I just double-checked. The snapshots are taken every three hours 9:00 - 21:00 for all datasets.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? What's it waiting for?
