Replacing all drives in a pool

I made this Server a year ago from an old I7 PC and four White Label 4tb drives. All it runs is Plex plugin so it's kind of overkill, but I wanted redundancy for Video archives. I've had a single drive failure and always keep a backup drive. These drives are real cheap, only $35, but I'm thinking of replacing them with more reliable drives like Iron Wolf. After replacing a drive I got to wonder ... can you swap out one drive at a time, resilver, rinse and repeat until they are all replaced? I was never really been comfortable using these drives, but they were really cheap and that was all I could afford at the time.

Certainly. It's slightly better if you have a free SATA port somewhere that you can use to hook up the new drive for a replacement operation instead, as that's a bit less stressful on the existing drives, but the rolling upgrade via resilver certainly works.
