RE-using old CPU?

I have a couple of old Pentium 4 CPU's S socket 478 and I wondering if I can use it to save some money. I want to build a NAS for home sharing plus ip cameras recording. I have read that CPU power is as important as RAM for a decent NAS.

Doing a search on google I think I have answer my own question, LOL, this CPU's are too old and I am not going to find a good compatible server board.
