I'm building home FreeNAS (using RAIDZ2) with following components:

• MSI H81M-E33
• Intel® Celeron® Processor G1840
  
• 8GB Memory
• Cooler Master Elite 343
  
• Cooler Master Elite Power 350W
  
• WD RED 1TB x8

Want to check whether Promise SuperTrak EX4350 PCIe x4 would work with FreeNAS well or not? Got it very reasonable price

No, it won't. This has been discussed to death, several times. The only reliable controllers you can buy are LSI SAS2 and SAS3 controllers.

PCI-X is something completely different from PCIe. That controller is ancient.
