Problems with my data pool. I need to replace 1 disk.

I have 4 discs. 2 old and 2 new of 4TB each. Apparently one of the old ones (6 years old) is failing and I am going to execute what was recommended in the post by another forum member.
Now the doubt I have is related because I have bought 2 new discs to be able to replace the damaged one. Could someone guide me through the process taking into account that I have the pool configured in a RAIDZ2. I simply turn off the server, remove the damaged disk and put the other one in? Or do I have to give the order to replace from the Pool? Where can I get more information about it? Thank you so much.

You've read the docs, right?

We do get people from all walks of life that sometimes find parts of the documentation less than ideal.

So, after reading docs, and having any questions answered, please submit feedback on what could be improved. Their is a feedback button, vertical, on the right side of the documentation page. You are not the first to ask about disk replacement. And you won't be the last.
