Problems after installation on USB-Stick on x9scm-f mainboard from Supermicro

Hi,
I installed Freenas 8 on my new Server.
After Installation on the USB-Stick, I removed the CDROM and put the HDDs on - there are 6. The USB-Stick inside the Case.

So, after reboot, Freenas hangs on Boot screen. I can select whith the keys F1, F2 or F5 what to boot, but nothing happens only the screen refreshes.

Has anyone similar problems - or solutions?
