FreeNAS-9.10.2-U6
I've set up a Windows share and got a snapshot job of it going, and it uses Windows permissions. The freenas is joined to an AD domain. The share itself seems to work fine. The problem is when I try to access one of the snapshots via Windows Previous versions tab. I can see the "previous versions", and if I right-click and got to properties on one, the permissions look good.
But if I try to open a "previous version", I get an error:
\\<server>\path\snapshot_name\more_path is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The specified network name is no longer available.
If I try a copy (to my local Windows drive) instead, I get a different error: There is a problem access \\<server>\<sharename>. Make sure you are connected to the network and try again.
How do I get access to the previous versions?
