Power connections for a DELL SAS Expander 5R10N

I am trying to find out which power pins are which on a DELL SAS Expander 5R10N. I have read in other posts that the 4 pins are +5, +12, gnd, & gnd so the 4 pin from the power supply wont work because it has 2x +12's and 2x gnd's. I am going to make my own adapter out of an old 4 pin from a power supply and a molex connector (I can't find them pre-made). I just need to know what the power pins are on the 5R10N. A picture would be really helpful. This is a link to one of those SAS expanders I am talking about.

Slightly off topic, but can either of you provide dimensions of this expander card? I'm trying to decide between this and a RES2CV240 for a fairly compact NAS build.
