Anyone felt like testing this scenario please?
Requirements, TrueNAS 12.0-U5
APC UPS attached by USB cable (this is what I have)
Running the UPS Service with everything working. I would suggest setting the USB service to NOT Start Automatically {But I didn't try this]
Log out of the GUI
Unplug the UPS cable from the UPS - wait a minute or so for the UPS service to generate lots of errors
Try to log into the GUI - I get a TrueNAS is shutting down / restarting / wait for a login type page [can't remember exactly]
I would be interested if anyone else has the same issue.
Warning - you may need to reboot the NAS to get the GUI back
