Pool offline and its disks not showing as members

I have been running a 4x8TB disk RAIDZ1 for a few years. One of the disks was showing errors so I temporarily replaced an 8TB disk with a 16TB one. The new 8TB drive arrived later and I attempted to replace that.

During resilvering, the new 8TB drive faulted. I let the resilvering finish on the advice of another post here.

The resilver finished and I received the follow alert which indicates another drive faulted.

When the new 8TB drive arrived I shut down, installed it and powered it up.

Now my pool is showing offline and while I see all the old disks and the new one, they are showing as not a member of any pool.

Any ideas on how to recover?
