Can anyone help me figure out what all this means? As far as I can tell everything is ok but my pool status shows ONLINE (Unhealthy). All disks show ONLINE and last scrub shows finishing without errors but that was the day before this critical alert popped up.

Am I missing something? Should I run another scrub?

chksum error on ada1
You have no data errors

A chksum error is usually a cabling issue. Try powering down, reseating or replace the cable and power back up
then run a scrub. If all OK run zpool clear to clear the error and watch for repeats

Remember sata cables are crap. They are rated for very few insertion / removals - so old cables are always suspect

I didn't touch the sata cables but my scrub completed with no errors. Cleared the error... hopefully all is good but I'll keep an eye on future scrubs and look out for any more alerts. Thanks @NugentS
