Plugins Configuration Tree from GUI Disappeared

Hi, freenas newbie here. I have been running the latest FreeNAS for about a week now. I have managed to get a couple of jails up and running but recently I have noticed the Plugins tree from which I could configure certain jails is not present. It has just disappeared. All the jails though run fine and I can configure them from the command line. Please see the attached screenshot. Am I doing something or is this a bug?

maybe you can try refreshing the page, or restarting the freenas webui?
service django restart

Tried restarting the GUI, didn't help.

not sure why it wouldn't show then, I'm assuming the plugin middleware software is working because the icons are showing on the plugins > installed tab.
If you can reboot, that maybe do something. I also suggest filing a bug report.

Alright, I restarted the machine. No success. Never posted a bug before, should I create a new post in the Bug Reporting subforum. Is there a guideline?
