plugin error

I have a clean install of freenas 9.3 and i've tried to install several different plugins and I keep getting an error on the install of each plugin. I have deleted volumes, zfs datasets, and even reinstalled freenas several times. However listed below is the error im getting please help! See attached txt file.

This should be fixed in the latest nightly (for the impatient) and in the next SU.
