Plex Stuck on deploying only when launching offline

Hello,

I have a problem with my plex installation on my Truenas SCALE (TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.3.1)

I have both plex from official catalogue and truecharts and have same problem with both.

When I launch Plex with or without internet connection I get "Startup probe failed: dial tcp 192.168.8.2:32400: connect: connection refused"
but when there is an internet connection it seems to be able to get over it and without it stays stuck. I have seen some of these errors in other treads of this forum but nothing i can see that has anything to do with if it has internet connectivity or not. The official version of plex I use currently is 1.32.4.7195_1.7.52 and I tried downgrading but without success. When it launches with internet it work perfectly like it should and when i remove the connectivity after it has launched it also stays working.

I anyone can give me some insight on what might be wrong. I have Configure Host Network enabled (but also does the same without) and port is the standard 32400
