Plex Media Server doesn't download metadata

Hi to everyone, I've installed PMS on my freeNAS 11.2 in a jail, using freeBSD ports. Everything seems ok, I can connect to the server, I can create a library and import files, but I cannot download metadata from internet: I tried several scrapers, but it seems that PMS cannot connect to the online scrapers; also if I try to associate a single movie file, I cannot get any title from internet. Can you help me please?

Is this a Jail or Plugin install?are you using DHCP and/or vnet?

It is a jail install. I've chosen an IP addres for PMS different from my freeNAS ip. I can reach PMS inside my home network

I see that you have not added an IP address for you default router (gateway), the jail doesn't know how to get out of the subnet.

I have not added a default router because I've not checked VNET and Berkeley Packet Filter: are both necessary?

Check VNET and change the IPv4 interface to VNET0, after that you can change the IP, netmask, and ipv4 default router (gateway).

That works for me. I'm not sure about how it works precisly, from what I understand VNET is kinda like a virtual network card, and without VNET it's more like a shared IP for the network card of FreeNAS. but maybe someone else can expand on this.
