Hi, I wanted to post this here in case people wanted information on getting better anime metadata. The plugin uses the AniDB API.
An example of this plugin doing is job are the distinction of Nisemonogatari and Nekomonogatari. Freebase returns 0 results for both while TVDB only returns a result for Nisemonogatari shelved under Bakemonogatari (and thus episode names will be wrong. See here). Using the Hama bundle (and thus the AniDB API) results in a positive search result for each, giving both correct descriptions and episode names.

To install, ssh to your NAS and navigate to the
directory. Unzip Hama.bundle.v0.4.zip and place the Hama.bundle folder into the directory you just dove into. Restart the plugin and the next time you try to match your anime against a server agent, HamaTV should be one of the search options.
