phpvirtualbox not accessible

Hi all

I'm completely new to freenas. last weekend I've created a jail, fully according to the manual, as a template, I've selected virtualbox , ip start and end address are configured, the IP Address (URL http:// 192.168.1.194), which was assigned does not seem to work.
As an additional test I installed the plexserver plugin. also this webui is unreachable. Can someone help me? all tips are appreciated

Which manual are you following? Also, which build version of FreeNAS (from System -> Information)?

Can you access the jail's shell (using the instructions in http://doc.freenas.org/9.10/jails.html#managing-jails)?

Have you tried setting a static IP instead of using DHCP?
