I have looked and have not found a similar issue.
I upgraded my laptops OS from one verson of Linux ( I can't remember previous version :-( ) to Manjaro.
I connected my freenas machine after not using it for a number of weeks. Straight away its informs me of a needed upgrade. I confirm and it completed without a problem.
It is now at 11.1-U7 and working find except I am not longer able to mount the nas folder as I was before.
I can only access it through Thunar File Manager and this would be ok if I could see all files and folders. I see a lot but some as they give me "Permission Denied".
Is SMB now version 3 by default ? How should I do the mount command correctly ? Would it help if I created a user and give it full permissions?
please tell me if I need to provide information to help understand my problem.
