performance of this pool

Will this give raid 10 like performance? I am new to zfs/linux/truenas and looking to get striped type performance but have some redundancy, will this create what I am looking for?

Yes, but please read up on your zfs terminology because truenas uses zfs and zfs doesnt have raid10 etc.
With your layout you create a stripe of 2-way mirrors
