Thanks. I was expecting U7.1 way earlier, fixing just the minor visible glitches. OK ...

I can't view the changes. Is there an alternative link?

Is it worth waiting for 13.x instead?

Then I suggest you contact e.g. Kris Moore directly - something seems to be wrong with your account.

@Kris Moore, do only certain accounts have access to view certain Jira pages, such as the one above? To view the changelog seems innocent enough.

@Kris Moore, I had the same experience (and question).

Will U8 have a kernel new enough to support 12.3 jails?
On U7, with Syncthing v1.18.6 running in a 12.3 jail, manually installed. Rock stable.

Speaking of QA, this is the second release where an update broke graphs of one kind or another. How did such a glaring, obvious error make it through QA in the first place? I run a software development group, including the QA department. A UI bug that breaks almost all the graphs would be impossible to miss unless nobody is testing it.

Because the bug only manifests in Chromium 96+, which was released at the same time as 12.0-U7. 12.0-U7 passed against Chromium 95, which was the most current version at the time. One of those unfortunate coincidences of timing, and not iX's fault.
