I've been a long time user of the TrueNAS(FreeNAS) product, yesterday out of nowhere my iscsi target dropped. After going down to inspect my TrueNAS hardware I saw the following on the screen for a brief second, then a reboot, and after starting dbus. the same panic message comes back.
Unfortunately, I've made a mess of things.. I was running 12.0-U1, and now I'm on the latest nightly and I get the same issue. Coincidentally, if I disable the initiator on my WIndows 2016 Server, the TrueNAS system runs just fine, also if I change the extent that is presented and connect via ISCSI all is well.
I've tried mounting the zvol via NTFS-3g and that seems to be a failure point as well too as the volume is unrecognizable. At this point I'm just grasping at straws and am hoping that there is something obvious that I've missed.
