OpenVPN client config for multiple users

Hello. I am currently running TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02.4 at my office. I have managed to set up the OpenVPN server for access outside of the office. I decided to give access to one of my staff with the same client config file (OpenVPN profile) that I am using.

However, I noticed that when we are both connected via VPN, we would have connectivity issues. I assumed it was because that we were using the same config files. So I downloaded a different file but the same problem still occurs. How should I configure it to resolve this issue?

So I think what you should do is do a new certificate for each user and do client export for each certificate for each user. Take care to rename the separate ovpn files for each user.

Is this what this means? Or you just exported the same file a 2nd time? An ovpn file is just a text file with a different extension. I should also note it doesnt matter what you name the file, it should still work fine. ex. JohnDigital.ovpn
