One Crucial MX500 1TB M.2 SSD Appears as Two 0B drives

Hello

I have a:
ASRock Rack d1540d4i
16GB ECC Ram
8x Hitatchi Deskstar 4TB
1 Crucial MX500 1TB SSD
USB 3.0 for FreeNAS Boot


I installed the new SSD I had picked up into the board's M.2 slot, booted and the disks list shows two new disks with a 0B capacity

The SSD is brand new, don't have any other machine to test it on.
BIOS Sees it just fine

Not sure what to do here and could not find anything on this issue.
