Not so smooth installation of Asigra

Some problems installing the Asigra plugin in TrueNAS-12.0-U3 here.

Deselected DHCP and selected NAT, all other options left at their defaults during installation.
Jail users setup per Asigra Guide.

Plugin/MANAGE does not download the DSOP.jnlp file, just opens up another TrueNAS page in the browser.
I copied manually the DSOP.jnlp file from the jail to the WIN10 workstation but I'm unable to run it (even after having added 172.16.0.2 to the Java exception site list).
What I get is the "Unable to launch the application" error when running the DSOP.jnlp file.

Looking at IP addresses:
TrueNAS is set to 10.10.10.112
Asigra Admin Portal is set to 10.10.10.112/asigra/DSOP.jnlp
Asigra jail IPV4 is set to 172.16.0.2 (by VNET)
WIN10 workstation is set to 10.10.10.147

From the jail I can ping internet, TrueNAS and WIN10;
from TrueNAS I can ping internet, jail, and WIN10;
from the WIN10 workstation I can ping internet, TrueNAS but not the jail. Can this be the issue ?

I'd like to get some advice from someone who knows this stuff.
