Asigra registration website offline

I have been trying to register my Asigra plugin on a new TrueNAS installation. Everything goes well but I can't reach the license registration server at:
https://licenseportal.asigra.com/licenseportal/user-registration.do

The issue is persistent since Saturday May 20. I sent Asigra an email to inquire but have not heard back. I also notified iXsystems support in case they can ping the kind folks at Asigra.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Thank you.
