Hello everyone, I have been using TrueNAS for simple stuff for a while now but for some reason could never get the samba shares to allow me to delete files and folders on Windows when the Ubuntu machine creates them.
Is this possible at all?
I use the Ubuntu machine to download NZB files which sends it to my TrueNAS server. This machine and other Ubuntu machines have full control on the NFS share, but I was hoping to also set up my Windows PC which I mainly use for navigating the share to have the same permissions.
Not really sure how to change the permissions in order for the Windows PC to gain that access and for the Ubuntu machines to keep that access.
