no IP from DHCP - FreeNAS 8.0.2

Hello everybody,
just trying to install FreeNAS to my PC with MB Asus P5KC and Q6600 CPU. Everything seems to be fine, but I am not getting any IP address from DHCP server. I tried to restart DHCP, but all another devices (Phone, PS3, other computers) obtain IP correctly, only FreeNAS don't. Drivers for NIC seems to be ok, LAN is glowing, in system is NIC vissible.
Where can be problem ?
