No internet access when using 2 routers and plugins

First I'll say that I'm 99% percent positive this problem is due to my using plug-ins and probably not having the correct routing settings. I probably just need to set a static route or something on one/both of my routers.

I have AT&T Uverse service, so my network looks something like this:

*wall* -> AT&T 2Wire Router -> Personal router -> all of my network devices​

Also my personal router is in the DMZ of my 2Wire router, and wireless is disabled on 2Wire. Nothing besides my personal router (D-link DGL-4500) is connected to the 2Wire router.

I just started playing around with plugins (version FreeNAS-8.2.0-RELEASE-p1-x64 (r11950)) and after a few hours I noticed none of my devices could get online. All win7 devices said they had internet access but browsers could not get internet traffic nor could any of my cloud services (dropbox, steam, etc). My jail settings are as follows:

jail path: /mnt/homeplace/jail
jail name: alcatraz
jail ip: 192.168.0.180
jail ip netmask: /24 (255.255.255.0)
plugin archives path: /mnt/homeplace/jail/software/​

additional info:

dgl router ip (as seen from my devices): 192.168.0.1
freenas ip: 192.168.0.100 (dhcp assigns addresses from here on up)
