No drives available when installing FreeNAS 11.3-U2

First time trying to install FreeNAS.

ISO booted from USB, but when I go to Install, I'm getting a "No drives available" error.

System is a Dell PowerEdge R720; RAID controller is disabled, and is in ATA mode (tried AHCI mode as well with no luck).

All drives are formatted with NTFS (if this is wrong, please let me know).

Please help. Thanks.
