today I found in TrueNAS Scale the option to limit outbound traffic on a per application level.

TN Scale
/ui/network

Network > Global Configuration > Outbound Network


TN Core
/ui/network/configuration

"Outbound Network" not found - Is this available in TN Core?

That option looks to be per service (not per application).

No, that version of the UI doesn't have it. It's not in the middleware either.

Maybe that will come when the UI gets some love for the next version (13?) and is brought in line with SCALE (I think I saw that this was the intention... move the UI forward while developing SCALE, then retrofit to CORE).
