no acces to my file on CIFS or FTP

Hi all...
i now finaly build my FreeNas server. my setup is listed below.
i had running for three weeks now.
Now i'm changing the user setup to serve some files for my work and the same time a server to my XBMC around the house.
I was changing the permision in the sorage and ZFS dataset.
and now i cant accses my file ider on FTP or CIFS.
how can i correct this fault?
i'm looking for a "live log" on my FreeNAS but cant find it.
i'm a kind a n00b at linux, so "learning by doing" at this point.

is there someone that can point me in the right direction?

i'm sure this is a user "rigths" problem.
if i right click the shared folder and chek security i cant se that my users have no acces to the folders.
and whatever i do i sems not to change that.
some help please?
