Hello everyone,
my first build was a little bit underpowered (https://forums.freenas.org/index.php?threads/build-check-4-node-system.43631/) - with tipps by @jgreco I rebuilded it from the ground to the top.
In the future, I will upgrade the system with 10gbit-nics. The infrastructure isn't 10gbit ready - and lacp doesn't give me the benefits, because I only got 2 clients (2 hypervisors) (thinking 'bout the sticky thread).

SSD-Storage
  • Supermicro SuperChassis 826BE1C-R920LPB
  • Intel Xeon E5-1650v3 6-Core 3,5GHz 15MB
  • 128 GB (8x 16GB) ECC Reg DDR4 2133 RAM 2 Rank
  • 10 x 960 GB SATA III Samsung SSD 2,5" (PM863) - DATA
  • 2 x 80 GB SATA III Intel SSD MLC 2,5“ (DC S3510 Serie) - OS
  • Avago SAS II HBA 9207-8i

HDD-Storage

  • Supermicro SuperChassis 826BE1C-R920LPB
  • Intel Xeon E5-1650v3 6-Core 3,5GHz 15MB
  • 128 GB (8x 16GB) ECC Reg DDR4 2133 RAM 2 Rank
  • 10 x 4 TB SATA III WD Raid Edition 3,5" 7.2k - DATA
  • 2 x 80 GB SATA III Intel SSD MLC 2,5“ (DC S3510 Serie) - OS
  • Avago SAS II HBA 9207-8i

REPLICATION-Storage
  • Supermicro SuperChassis 826BE1C-R920LPB
  • Intel Xeon E5-1650v3 6-Core 3,5GHz 15MB
  • 128 GB (8x 16GB) ECC Reg DDR4 2133 RAM 2 Rank
  • 10 x 6 TB SATA III WD Raid Edition 3,5" 7.2k - DATA
  • 2 x 80 GB SATA III Intel SSD MLC 2,5“ (DC S3510 Serie) - OS
  • Avago SAS II HBA 9207-8i

I have chosen the older 9207 controller instead of the 9300 controller because of its hopefully more rocksolid firmware...

Thanks!
Edit: Maybe a mirrored ZIL/LOG-SSD about 80GB in each server could increase write performance?

If you're doing important work on your VM's, such that it'd be a pain in the *** if you lost the VM's, then definitely go for the SLOG. However, a SLOG will always be substantially slower than just disabling sync writes, so always give some thought as to whether or not the loss of performance is warranted. For example, in an environment where you're deriving your VM's through a simple cloning process, maybe it doesn't matter so much.
