NFS On Free NAS 8.2.0 SP1-x64 Is Very Slow

hi
i`m ruining FreeNas 8.2.0 by gigabit Ethernet and use ZFS Storage for use in Esxi 5.1 by NFS
this portion is very Slow Whereas this Storage is Very Very fast on CIF or iSCSI Sharing method
i`m Even mark Asynchronous mode in NFS Service but this problem is not improve
please help me

There's plenty of threads discussing NFS with ESXi. The issue is far from trivial to solve and will require some(a lot?) work on your part to solve the situation unique to your server and its loading. It can't be solved in just a few posts on a forum.
