Nextcloud App (1.6.58) stuck deploying (TrueNAS Scale 23.10.2)

hi! im new to TrueNAS Scale (coming over from TrueNAS Core) and im trying to go through the process of deploying nextcloud on my TrueNAS Scale instance. i seem to be running into an issue where its stuck in a loop of constantly trying to deploy.

i kept pretty much everything default with the app install aside from:

• enabling "install ffmpeg"
• enabling "install smbclient"
• enabled cronjobs for nextcloud
  

i tried about every fix i could find online, including trying to disable cronjobs, and it still seemed to be having this issue. im using the official TrueNAS nextcloud app for this install.

im also running this in a proxmox VM, but ill post the reported hardware inside of TrueNAS here, as well as my server specs:

• VM Specs:
  • OS Version: TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.2
  • Product: Standard PC (i440FX + PIIX, 1996)
  • Model: QEMU Virtual CPU version 2.5+
  • Memory: 23 GiB
• Server Specs:
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
  • Memory Corsair Vengence 32GB LP DDR4 3600MHZ
  • HDDs: 2x Seagate IronWolf Pro NAS 18TB
  • M.2 SSDs: 2x Sabrent Rocket 4.0 500GB
  • SATA SSDs: 2x Crucial MX500 250GB
  • GPU: Nvidia GT 1030

update: fixed this, i believe my issue was with not enabling write permissions for the "www-data" group on the storage dataset i was using for nextcloud
