No swapping. So possibly one of the disks is causing the system to wait until timeout ...
:) Possibly but they're actually archive disks that are elderly but haven't had a hard life.Well you have these errors on ada0, ada2 and ada3 at least, that's 3 of your 4 drives. Probably you just repurposed hardware way beyond its planned lifetime?
If there is no data on that pool yet, better do a burn-in test of all the disks first.
