I checked something simple and the PSU I chose only has 6 SATA connectors and I need at least 7.
So i'm going for EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G2 unless someone else has a good suggestion.

I would question whether or not you want to stick to a 550w solution. Have you checked out the p/s calculator that is available: https://forums.freenas.org/index.php?threads/proper-power-supply-sizing-guidance.38811/?

Also, for what it's worth, that supply has 5 peripheral connectors that you could use with a converter dongle to give you additional SATA plugs: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01C7QTKJG/?tag=ozlp-20

Lastly, the G-650 (next size up) has 8 SATA and 5 peripheral plugs.

I'd rather go without converters. That EVGA PSU is very positive reviewed by jonnyguru.
