NEED Advice with ISCSI BUILD

To be blunt, that fact you though iSCSI could be run over fiber channel. That and it seems you have not reviewed the recommended hardware for FreeNAS. I'm happy to help once you have a basic understanding of what your trying to do and have read the published information. Again, I'm not trying to be rude but I think you have some basic concepts you need to study up on before building and running a FreeNAS system with any kind of important work (yes lab work counts) being trusted to it. I also get the hands on thing but you need to know what your hands are on first.;)
