SOLVED NAS time does not match your computer time

I faced this issue recently.
Your NAS time Dec 09, 03:00:36, GMT+11:00 does not match your computer time.
The version is

TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02.4

I checked the

timedatectl status

The NTP service didn't work.
but the NTP setting in my NAS is correct and didn't work.
I try to start NTP service but no response.

Sorry Problem solved.
Just need to update the datetime in BIOS to UTC.
